You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any alonedt content without express prior written authorisation from alonedt. Unauthorised use of alonedt intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Pakistani law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alonedt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the alonedt platform, including but not limited to:
alonedt's total liability to any account holder for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that account holder in the 30 days prior to the date on which the claim arose.
alonedt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
You may request the closure of your alonedt account at any time by contacting alonedt support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
An alonedt account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. alonedt reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after notifying the account holder at the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant alonedt account should contact support.
alonedt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, alonedt will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered account holders via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the alonedt platform. Your continued use of the alonedt platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.
